A Recurring Nightmare

I've had this recurring nightmare every so often throughout my life. It goes a little like this:

I am playing a game of Chess
I don't know who my opponent is
It's my turn
My king is missing
I don’t know what to do
I look up
There's no one there
My vision starts fading
The room starts caving in on me
